MOVON provides fitness, nutrition, activity and wellness tools. Content, calorie estimates, recovery indicators and AI-generated reports are informational and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of MOVON Fit, including the mobile app, website, subscriptions, fitness programs, nutrition tools and related services.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account access secure, and using MOVON in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
3. Health and AI features
Health integrations are optional and depend on data available from your device, Apple Health or other supported sources. AI-generated calorie estimates, meal plans and progress insights may be approximate and should be reviewed using your own judgment.
4. Subscriptions and billing
App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple under your Apple account. Renewal, cancellation, refunds and billing rules for those purchases are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and purchase policies. Where MOVON offers a separate web payment method, that transaction may be handled by a third-party payment provider.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with MOVON systems, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as MOVON improves the service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development.
